Al-Ni-Co MAGNET
Cast AlNiCo magnets have a high magnetic flux density (Br) and are particularly resistant to heat and temperature.
They have been used for a variety of applications for a long time.
Sintered AlNiCo magnets are equivalent to cast magnets in terms of magnetic properties,
yet offer good surface finish and dimensional accuracy for small, complex shapes without polishing.
They also provide product uniformity for high volume demand.
Applications
- Magnets for measuring instruments : Ammeters, voltmeters, wattmeters, speedometers
- Magnets for sound equipment : Level meter, peak meter, earphone, speaker
- Magnets for rotating equipment : Coreless motors, stepping motors, servo motors
- Communication, measurement and control equipment : Reed switches, sensors, relays
- Applied equipment : Solenoid
Fe-Cr-Co MAGNET
Among metal magnets, FeCrCo magnets have a higher magnetic flux density (Br) and energy product than AlNiCo magnets,
and in particular, they have superior characteristics to AlNiCo semi-columnar crystal (5DG) magnets.
FeCrCo magnets also possess semi-hard material properties when processed by heat treatment.
They are highly machinable and capable of cutting, drilling, rolling, punching, and other processes.
Applications
- Magnets for rotating equipment : Stepping motors
- Communication, measurement and control equipment : Reed switches, sensors, relays
- Applied equipment : Torque limiter, electromagnetic brake, electromagnetic clutch, safe
Sm-Co MAGNET
In comparison with rare earth Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets, these magnets have excellent heat resistance,
temperature characteristics, and corrosion resistance.
They can be used in high-temperature areas and corrosive environments without any particular anti-corrosion treatment.
There are no patent issues, so customers can use the product without any worries.
Applications
- Magnets for rotating equipment : Micro motors, coreless motors, generators
- Magnets for measuring instruments : Ammeter, voltmeter, wattmeter, speedometer
- Communication, measurement and control equipment : Sensors, relays, printer heads
- Applied equipment : Adsorption equipment
Sintered Nd-Fe-B MAGNET
It has the highest energy product of all magnets currently in practical use.
It is the most suitable magnet for reducing the size and weight of the equipment in which it is used.
It is also superior to SmCo sintered magnets in terms of mechanical strength.
However, it should be noted that neodymium sintered magnets have a low Curie temperature,
poor temperature resistance (especially at high temperatures), and poor corrosion resistance.
Sintered Ferrite MAGNET
Ferrite magnet is a material whose cost (economic efficiency) far surpasses other magnet materials because
it is mainly made of inexpensive iron oxide and strontium carbonate or barium carbonate.
In terms of magnetic properties, it has a large coercive force (Hcj) and is most widely used in all applications.
However, because it is a ceramic material, it is prone to cracking and chipping and must be handled with care.
Ferrite magnets have a temperature coefficient of magnetic flux of -0.18%/℃,
which is significantly higher than that of AlNiCo magnets and SmCo magnets. When using ferrite magnets,
therefore, care needs to be taken with the temperature of the operating environment.
